Currently, I support people in developing their practice on a one-on-one basis, and lead a weekly meditation group for self-identified women. I also periodically offer additional classes and events. Women’s Sangha with San Francisco Insight

Join me for a weekly sitting group for all people who self-identify as women.  Offered through SF Insight, this intimate and supportive community meets for a 30 minute guided meditation, a short Dharma talk, and time together for practice discussion and connection. Mindfulness for Teens
